All of our antique building materials are unique, one-of-a-kind, hand-made components with surface and color differences that vary slightly from pictured samples. Color lots in terra cotta come as a mix of tones within the palette of the selected color. These variations are an essential element of the organic beauty of the materials and should be appreciated just like snowflakes: no two are exactly alike. Antique beams may have surface distress and visible mortise & tenon joints.

A L’Ancienne Imports guarantees all orders from initial confirmation to final delivery. We guarantee excellent product quality and authenticity of antiquity. We require a deposit of 50% materials + freight and sales tax in full. Remaining balance of 50% due upon delivery. We strive to deliver all orders within the estimated time frame. Certain shipping factors such as port closures, customs inspections or other circumstances beyond our control can delay shipments. All sales are final on custom orders of building materials.
